What’s been happening:

I am retired after having spent more than 40 years in the petroleum, mining, and banking industries. This work took me to more than 40 countries around the world, one of which I lived in for 2 years as an oil exploration geologist. I am not completely travel exhausted, but now spend most of my time at home in the mountains near Albuquerque with my wife, Martha, a biology graduate of Barnard College. Our 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 4 chickens occupy much of our time. I have continually kept in touch since graduation with my 7 surviving geology classmates.
